This product can complete the data collection of point-to-point through the gateway with low power consumption, long life and two-way data transmission. Communication Introduction:LoRaWAN is a set of communication protocols and system architectures designed for LoRa long-distance communication networks. When the module is powered on, it automatically sends a join packet. If no reply from the gateway to the network, the join packet will be sent in intervals. After the module receives the network access permission message by the gateway, it pushes a packet of heartbeat data; Since then, it starts timing. Actively push a pack of heartbeat data at intervals of 6 hours. The data upload mechanism can be timed or quantitative or both, and can also be customized on demand.
Installation and Attentions:The installation and use of water meters shall comply with the relevant provisions of Chapter 6 of Standard GB/T778.2-2007 and Article 6.3 of JJG162-2009.
1. The water meter to be purchased should be based on the flow rate often used in the pipeline, and it should be close to the usual flow rate of the water meter.
2. Before installing the water meter, foreign matter and contamination in the pipe should be removed.
3. The installation environment should be suitable, anti- freeze, anti-pollution, waterproof, anti-magnetic and prevent mechanical damage. Water meters should be easy to read, install, maintain, and disassemble.
4. The water meter should be installed horizontally. The arrows on the case should point in the same direction as the water flow in the pipe. The pipes connected to both ends of the water meter should be installed on the same axis to prevent the water meter and accessories from being damaged.
5. A stop cock or valve can be installed upstream of the water meter.
6. Water meters should not be overstressed by pipes and fittings. When necessary, the water meter should be mounted on the base or bracket. In addition, the upstream and downstream pipes of the water pipe must be fastened to ensure that the parts are not moved due to the impact of water when the water meter is dismantled or unloaded on one side.
7. The connection pipe is the accessory that the water meter is installed on the pipe. The water meter and the connection pipe are sealed by the rubber sealing ring. The threads on both ends of the water meter shall not be filled with interdental fillers such as hemp, white paint or raw materials of tetrafluoroethylene.
8. The water meter shall take preventive measures to prevent damage to the water meter due to pressure changes (airbags, cavitation, surges, and water hammers) in the pipeline and external environmental corrosion.
9. The water meter is only used for the measurement of one-way flow. When it is installed at the inlet end of the boiler, a one-way valve shall be installed behind the meter to prevent back flow of hot water. It cannot be used for measurement of hot water (>30°C) and corrosive liquids.
10. Due to the fluctuation of water pressure in the pipeline and the impact of water hammer, it can be observed that the pointer of the water meter rotates up and down when water is not used, and the meter pointer rotates slightly, which is not a malfunction of the water meter.
11. The data collector of meter reading adopts micro-power wireless technology, which can conveniently read the water meter number, water meter reading, and factory enable status.
12. The remote water meter is a wireless system that implements the specifications of three-meter data transmission to facilitate connection, construction, and maintenance.
13. This water meter should prevent the risk of damage caused by impact or vibration around the installation site.
14. In all cases, especially when installing the water meter in the meter well, the water meter should be installed at a sufficient height from the ground. The meter well should be prevented from flooding to avoid contamination.
